Catch Surf’s main goal was to increase surfboard and apparel sales. Their biggest issue is seasonality. With summer being their peak season, it’s harder to drive sales during colder months. Their extensive collection of surfboards are the main drivers for sale, making it harder to scale during the off-season.
We pushed clothing and apparel sales even harder during the off-season in order to maintain brand growth during the cooler months. Catch Surf frequently launches new collections and has a proven track record of attracting loyal customers who make purchases time and time again. We leaned on email promotions, product launches, and new collections on search to push products, resulting in a 3x ROAS during the off months.
